Slow, Sustainable, Long-Term Growth
About ProductGrowthAnalytics.com
Hey there! My name is Dariusz. The one thing I'm very good at is finding hidden opportunities in markets -- and creating and marketing products to fill a need in the market.
Let me explain, and then I'll show you how all of this relates back to you growing your product and profits...
I'm able to find gaps in the market because I talk to prospective customers to find out what they want and need. And I use data analytics and statistical techniques to research markets.
My goal is to find an unmet need in a market that is NOT saturated.
Once I discover that unmet need, I then plan a product that fulfills that unmet need.
I then use marketing, data analytics, stats, and more testing to validate my ideas.
The idea is to to spend as little upfront costs to find a product or service that "sells itself". The product needs to "stand on its own". Because if it can stand on its own without over-hyped marketing, it tells me that it's a product the market wants and needs.
Crawl. Walk. Run.
I test ideas on a small scale. Then once my results show that I have a winner, that's when I start putting in some money, time, and energy into marketing.
You see, I do this because I believe in slow, sustainable, long-term growth.
I never chase trends, or fads, or want "fast growth at all costs!!!".
Fast growth at all costs means we're only looking at the short-term. And looking at the short-term just means we're scrambling just so you stay relevant. Then the trend or fad changes, and now we're scrambling again.
This isn't good for long-term, sustainable growth.
I like finding ideas that will support me, my family, and my team financially for 20 or 30 years.
Let me show you exactly what I mean...
My Startup Success
In 2005, I built my first successful startup. I scanned people's old photos, slides, and negatives into digital (ScanCanad.ca). I had three offices. All remote. I ran this business for over 12 years. And I attracted some of the biggest brands and organizations in Canada...
List of some of my biggest clients...
After getting ScanCanada.ca off the ground, I then started a successful side project in 2010 (HowToScan.ca). I ran this for 10 years (2010 - 2020).
Then in 2014, my little one was born. And around that time my first startup was losing profits (learn here how I royally messed it up). So in 2017 I got a more "secure" job doing pricing and marketing analysis for a large corporation (Gates Corp.).
Then in 2020, I quit my corporate job, and I built my third successful startup doing digital marketing for video game companies (Mainquest Marketing). I ran that from 2020 - 2024.
I'm telling you all this because everytime I started a new project, it was always about slow, sustainable, long-term growth.
I used data analytics and statistics to analyze the market. And I talked to prospective customers to figure out what they want and need.
I then created a product or service AROUND those unmet wants and needs.
Again, my goal was to discover an unmet need a customer was having. And I looked at the market to see if that prospect had little or no options to fulfill that need. Basically, I was looking for a market with high demand and low saturation.
You see, I want to find a product that "sells itself" and can stand on its own without marketing and hype and PR.
And once I find that product that "sells itself" that is when I put in time, money, and energy into marketing.
ABC: Always Be Testing
I'm always testing ideas to validate them because in my mind my ideas either work 100% or never work.
But that's never true.
Some ideas don't work at first, but then with some time and effort they do. And some ideas work right out the gate, but then they flop after a few months.
So it's better to take your ideas "out of your brain" and test them in the real world, in the market, slowly... and see what happens.
This is how I was able to build three successful startups: because my focus is on testing ideas and validating them... slow, sustainable, long-term growth... and not "fast growth at all costs".
What Does This Have To Do With You?
Chances are, you have a product or service that "sells itself". You're getting orders. You're making profits. You have a small team to help you.
But you might not have the brain-energy or time to figure out how you can optimize your marketing and sales process so you can squeeze out more ROI with less work.
That's what I can help you with. I can analyze your marketing process and find ways you can get a better ROI for your time and money.
Here's exactly what I can help you with...
- Collect, clean, and analyze marketing data to identify sales opportunities, trends, and patterns
- Use that data to help you find new customers and grow your product and profits
- Find inefficiencies in the marketing process to help you save time, save money, and get a good ROI
- Build a monitoring system to track key marketing performance indicators and measure what is working and what is not working
- Create a dashboard that shows all your most important numbers... in one spot, is easy to access, and updates automatically, in real-time

- Manage your marketing campaign by setting up a tracking system and A/B testing to determine the effectiveness of different marketing strategies
- Research your market to discover new opportunities and help you find new customers
